Ward 5C -- TTSH experience

On the 28th August 2006, our group were posted to TTSH, Ward 5C. And it is the first time that we were posted to other hospital instead of the usual one.
First time over at ward 5C is a total "shockness" to me as i really cannot switch to the style.
But on the very first day, i can see that the staffs are very interested in teaching us and telling us the routine of the ward.
Basically, i would say that overall i totally enjoy this posting.
This is really one of the very good ward,( apart frm ST LUKE, WARD 21)

Today is already our last day at TTSH, Ward 5C. The 22nd September 2006..
Times really fly and this is already the end of our 4 weeks posting.
During this posting, i really learnt much more than before and indeed perform more hands-on than before.
I also realise that the Assistant nurses and HCAs are definitely much more helpful and fun-going than the others that we met.
Apart from that, the staff nurses are also very friendly and willing to guide us aloNG.
The feelings that i got from this ward is definitely the same as the one i got from St Luke. Both places are equally good environment for learning and the staffs can really make us feel like a part of their big family.

Overall, there are definitely UPs and Downs during this attachment, but honestly,if you face it wit a positive outlook, everything will definitely look better and ur life will be much better.
