Swine Flu ~

I don't know whether did i ever mention that my ward is an Infection Control Ward that is specially build to cater pt with Infectious disease?
Well, this time, in order to prepare for this Swine flu before the WHO phase esclate, our ward decided to take full precaution.

Including: 1. To try to discharge our remaining pts ASAP.
2. Learn to wear your PPE and PAPR again.

On our part, we had to PRAY. With a Capital P, of course.
God, i am freakingly scare. I had been praying in the bus yesterday night b4 my night shift.
And once again, today .. i am going to PRAY and hope for the best again.
My girls are pratically excited and Adrenaline are all rushing through them to 'Fight' the WAR ..
And it is my 1st time 'fighting war' in such situation..

I don't mind 'fighting' for my ward ..
But the most heart-wrenching or i shld said, pain thing is that,
now that our Sister is pregnant, it is just awful for her to do so much.
I mean well, i know that she is our Nursing Clinician,thus she doesn't have a choice but to take charge of the ward.
But GOD BLESS HER, she is pregnant with a BABY.
Have some compassion, FOR GOD SAKE ..

It is painful to me that Sister had to do so much.
Like last night, she called back the ward in the middle of some ulu hour like 0300hrs, just to inform us what to prepare and stand-by.
And i bet for a long period of time, Sister is going to DRILL us all and EAT US ALIVE, while her tummy become bigger and rouder.
See .. My Sister is Good. ( Da** those jealous Fre**)

2009 is soooo not our year ~
Lots of different Things happen ...
Hope that the Luck will get better as it goes on ~

I feel that human's life is very vunerable ..
Birth Old Sickness Death is a process for all ..
But some may just skip the 'usual' process and be gone ..

It is like a Twitlight met Buffy kind of show ..
Except that this is really quite filled with S*x and vulgarity.
Seems like in every episode, there's bound to be some in them ..

The vampire is like so Edward .. except that he is called, Bill.
And the main actress, Sookie can read minds. Except when she is near or with Bill, she can't hear thoughts .
Sookie is very attracted to Bill ( just like how edward is attracted to Bella, but mayb not through scent)
The story involve how Vampire are now back to the moral world and Humans aren't afraid of them anymore...
In fact, they wanted Vamp's Blood to make them stronger.
Well, in every single way you can think of .

I am still in episode 2 though ...
And liking the show as well ...
But .... just a caution.
It is definitely not rated M18 in Asian standard.
More than That though ...
