More Life-story during Swine Flu period

My own ward life
1. From 6 day shift, we change to 12hr shift.
which is a bonus as i can totally get 4 straight off days which i don't know why.
2. I manage to work 2 days of 12hr shift when there is cases in the ward. Then subsequently, we became 5 day shift.
3. This is like a trial for us which i find it OK-AY .. cos I don't have a say in it.
4. And guess what? We will get deploy if patient is LOW to Zero.
And worst of all, IF we are JUNIOR, we will DEFINITELY be deploy out if patient level is lower than 2pt.

Timing for work
5 days shift now works like this --> Morning starts from 7-3.30pm.
Afternoon starts from 1-9.30pm.
Night starts from 9-7am.

And for deployment, it still starts the same .. but it is just hard for arrangement and etc.

Things that i like regarding this new change
1. 2 days off
2. And .. i don't think there's anymore.

Things that I don't really like
1. GET TO BE DEPLOYED (Feel sad/low/sian cos it feels a little like, "i'm not at home")
2. Little more sad if my Junior gets deployed while we are in our ward. (Cos won't be able to talk to them & feel a little not too fair to them)
3. More sad as i realise that Sister is going on Labour soon. We won't be able to see much of her after June. ( She is leaving in July while we are all being deployed away)

Queries
1. Why must it always be like this? When are we going to take back 'Normal' Cases?
2. When will we be 'together together' again?
3. When will the Flu be subsiding?

I am tired ~
Really ...
