Star just told me that wd 51 is going to open
Great.
I really wonder what in the world is going to happen to us.
Are we all gonna be deployed out and teach the other girls about the protocol that we had been doing?
Every single day we had to fret and worry.
The turn-over rate is crazy and we had to teach and teach different peeps from different wards.

I just don't understand why can't they standardize the girl that is coming over.(Which apparently the Woman side is doing.)
They must expose so many of them and sometimes i feel that it is not being fair to them. What if something happen at our ward and they bring it back to their ward n it get to their ward girls?
Who is taking responsible? You? Me?

And i pity the doctor.
Those who really covered 46 had to cover 41.
God .. you know how they must run from one wd to another.
If there are cases in 41, they must run from 46 to there. And vice-verse.
I really wondered why can't they placed a permanent dr in 41 too. Why in the world must they make the dr run around?
Doctors are also Human.
Can't they give them a break?


Everyday we had to do 'couselling' , pick up million of phone-calls, Look at paper-work and teach new staffs on the things we do.
Sometimes we can really get fustrated if no one can help us with it.
Though i do understand that nursing children and adult might be different.
But i seriously hope that with the limited amt of time we had per-shift,the girls can pick up faster. Else we will really have to be the one who are going to handle everything.

Have some pity on us, PLEASE ..
We had been OVER-WORKING ever since 41 is opened.
And now with 51 open, i really have no idea what is going to happen.
Are we really going to die from exhaustion or irritation?
I don't know ..
And i do wish that God had a answer for me ..
